Mammography Index is an independent directory published by Sabr Software. It lists every facility in FDA's Mammography Quality Standards Act certified-facility list, by city, with Medicare's breast cancer screening recall rate for facilities we can match to a Medicare-certified hospital. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not give medical advice, and we do not book appointments. Facilities can buy a labelled featured listing for a flat monthly fee that is the same for every facility; we never charge per patient, appointment, referral or exam.

We build listings from public records and verify what we can against official sources. We are not affiliated with any agency or with the businesses listed.
